What is the work-study program?

Work study positions are an opportunity for students to gain experience and other valuable skills through paid work within the university.

The University of Toronto has a great deal of work study positions available for both domestic and international students! To be eligible, you will need to be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in at least a 40% course load. (If you aren’t sure what this means, double check with your Registrar’s Office) The two work study terms are September-February and May-August and you are only allowed to hold one work study position per term.

If you are looking for a job on campus that will help you cultivate beneficial skills and look great on a resume, apply for a work study! For more information on how to apply, please visit the Career Learning Network.
